Aligned Copy

Prior to Mudlet's fix for a copy/paste bug, copying a multi-line selection that started in the middle of a line would pad the first copied line with leading spaces to preserve its original column position. Some players relied on that behaviour (e.g. for copying aligned ASCII maps or tables), so this package restores it as an opt-in right-click menu entry, separate from the default "Copy".

Usage

Select text in the main console, right-click, and choose Copy (aligned) instead of Copy. The clipboard will contain the selection with the first line padded with spaces to match its starting column, exactly like Mudlet used to do by default.
